Returns, Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

No, however you may be eligible for a refund. Because our products are consumable perishables, it is our policy that products should never be returned except where specifically requested. Global Meal Solutions, LLC does not accept unauthorized returns. In the event that an unauthorized return is received, Global Meal Solutions, LLC is not responsible for refunding any of the shipping costs associated with the unauthorized return.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?

Global Meal Solutions, LLC strives to produce the best and highest quality product you can find. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please call us at (917) 396-9372 within 24 hours of receipt so we can address your concerns and achieve an appropriate resolution, if necessary.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS?

Yes. The following restrictions apply:

  • Refunds will be given in the same amount and issued to the same form as payment that was made on the original order.
  • Refunds only apply to purchases made at beefpeoplecompany.com, and not those where Global Meal Solutions, LLC products are purchased through any of our retailer partners.

In the case of orders placed at beefpeoplecompany.com, Global Meal Solutions, LLC does not issue refunds or replacements if:

  1. The order is unable to be delivered and/or arrives late due to incorrect, invalid, or incomplete addresses entered by the consumer.
  2. Delivery problems are specifically caused by the shipping company.
  3. Delivery is delayed or affected by weather and/or acts of god.
  4. Products are improperly handled/stored after being successfully delivered.
  5. A delivery/shipment is refused by the recipient and/or returned to Global Meal Solutions, LLC without authorization.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. Please call us at (917) 396-9372 as soon as possible, and we will attempt to cancel your order. In the event your cancellation request is made after 5PM Eastern Standard Time, Global Meal Solutions, LLC will do all we can do to honor your request. However, if the order has already been packed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order.

CAN I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS TO MY ORDER?

No. Unfortunately, adding or removing items will change the amount to be charged, so changing your order will usually always require cancelling the entire original order and placing a new order. You can also try to call us at (917) 396-9372 right away to see if there is anything we can do.
