Our “Perfect Eighth” comes in at approximately 60 NET beef pounds (95 lbs ) and consists of roughly 1/8 of the total number of the most popular steak cuts from each head of beef. We also offer the option to add more grain beef to your bundle, so you can customize it to your liking.

This is the most affordable way to purchase our premium pasture raised, grain-fed, and grain finished beef.
With your purchase, we arrange the transportation to a local family butcher for processing, and communicate with the butcher on your behalf. Your meat will be hung and dry-aged for 25-28 days to allow natural enzymes to tenderize and enhance the flavor.
