It’s more of what everybody wants and less of the stuff that can be a challenge to use up in a year. This is our best example of “Volume = Value” as purchased al-a-carte these cuts would be well over $10,000.00 All our beef is USDA Choice grade Black Angus that we raise in Virginia.

Our “Perfect Whole Beef” is the perfect way to enjoy the highest quality beef without breaking the bank. It comes in at approximately 480 NET beef pounds (760 lbs carcass weight) and consists of the most popular steak cuts from each head of beef. We also offer the option to add more grain beef to your bundle, so you can customize it to your liking.

This is the most affordable way to purchase our premium pasture raised, grain-fed, and grain finished beef.

With your purchase, we arrange the transportation to a local family butcher for processing, and communicate with the butcher on your behalf. Your meat will be hung and dry-aged for 25-28 days to allow natural enzymes to tenderize and enhance the flavor.
